If non-conforming service is provided or a section of a service that is deemed to be unprofessional then replacements of that section of the service will be offered during the sixty (60) day warranty period, at our option we will (1) repair the part of service, or (2) refund any profits made by us in providing the service minus any payments made to third party members who initiated that service.

  • We reserve the right to decide whether services provided are appropriate and comply with our policies of good practice and with our Terms and Conditions and satisfy our rigorous policy for professional standards in all our undertakings.
  • We will terminate a Members access to its Website and Services if they fail to comply with our conditions, or any requests we make on behalf of our clients for replacements of services deemed unworthy.
